Stand Tall & Own It - Equipping Purpose-Driven Leaders to Show Up with Authenticity and Courage
“Just be you,” they say. But for many high-achievers, “just being you” hasn’t always felt safe or practical—whether it’s at work, school, church, or even in leadership circles. For purpose-driven leaders, holding back can limit your impact and undermine your authenticity.
Even in workplaces that claim to value individuality, leading with confidence and conviction still takes courage. To lead with steadiness and clarity, you must first understand your values, embrace your individuality, and recognize that the solutions you need are as unique as you are.
Stand Tall & Own It is for modern leaders who want to lead with purpose, integrity, and courage—without sacrificing who they are. Each episode explores how to navigate challenges, make values-anchored decisions, and cultivate the discernment to think critically in a noisy world.

Lead Across Generations Now: Unlock Multi-Generational Communication with Core Values

In this fourth episode of my series on integrating Core Values into life and business, I explore the profound impact Core Values have on intergenerational communication and relationships. With six generations now represented in the workforce for the first time in history, we face unprecedented challenges—and opportunities—for connection and growth.
Core Values are always present, always influencing, and always being honored in some way, even when we aren’t fully aware of them. But how do you bridge the generational divide, foster collaboration, and build meaningful relationships when faced with diverse life experiences?
In this episode, I dive into the power of understanding your own Core Values. When you truly know who you are, you can:
- Decrease defensiveness by being grounded in your identity.
- Establish healthy boundaries and improve communication.
- Extend grace to yourself and others, navigating generational differences with compassion.
By learning to honor the values of others, you create space for mentorship, encouragement, and shared growth across generations. The world needs more curious, open, and wise leaders who understand their Core Values and live by them with integrity, inspiring others to do the same.
I’ll unpack how understanding generational perspectives and celebrating unique contributions can create stronger relationships, foster diversity, and build bridges across the ages—whether in the workplace, at home, or in your community. Whether you're leading a multi-generational team or simply navigating family dynamics, this episode is for you.
